How to Get Started
Step 1
Register through this link and secure your place on our 30-day trial. A coach will get in contact to arrange a Welcome Session at your earliest convenience.
Step 2
Before you start, we’ll bring you in for a 1-1 induction when the gym is quiet. We’ll chat about your goals, do some light movements to screen for imbalances or aches, and get you on our booking system ready to start your SPARK journey.
Step 3
Once you and your coach are up to speed, you’ll begin and complete your 30-day trial. You can find out more about what’s included on the following pages.
